Biography
Amir Ahmadvand was an athlete who was killed by direct gunfire from Islamic Republic security forces on January 8, 2026, in the Tehranpars district of Tehran. At the time of his death, he and his wife were expecting the birth of their son, Diyar. He is remembered as a patriot who was denied the chance to embrace his child.
امیر احمدوند ورزشکار و میهنپرستی بود که در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در فلکه دوم تهرانپارس با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی جان باخت. او در حالی کشته شد که به همراه همسرش در انتظار تولد پسرشان، دیار، بود. او را به عنوان پدری یاد میکنند که حسرت در آغوش کشیدن فرزندش را با خود به خاک برد.
